The Foschini family proudly manages little more than 6 hectares of vineyards, mainly autochthonous (falanghina, aglianico, greco, fiano, coda di volpe), in the heart of the wine-growing area of the Benevento Sannio, a production zone of very ancient origins, with wines already known in pre-Roman age, both for the goodness of the places and the vines, as well as for the particular oenological techniques used (Kapnios wine).

The vinification and elaboration of wines takes place in a modern and efficient structure equipped with the best technologies available for the production of quality wines, .

The wine cellar is underground and is equipped exclusively with small and medium-sized stainless steel wine vats (15, 30 and 60 hl) suitable for processing selected grapes.

For the Aglianico there is an ageing period in barriques and barrels of 10 hl in oak.

The stainless steel bottling system is modern and highly efficient.

Part of the ageing and elaboration of the sparkling wine classic method takes place in a historic cellar in the old village near the medieval castle where the natural conditions are ideal for the evolution of the wine, in a particularly suggestive context.

The Vineyards map

The wines we produce are distributed under the Sannio DOC (Greco, Fiano, Coda di Volpe, Aglianico and Rosso Superiore) and the Falanghina del Sannio DOC. The vineyards are located mainly in the area around Guardia Sanframondi in a limited, exclusively hilly wine-growing area.
